Purpose of the study – to analyze and revise the Methodology for determining the volume of financing for the construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of public roads, taking into account amendments to the current regulatory documents. This will make it possible to optimize the allocation of funds for the development and maintenance of public roads in the regions, considering road operating conditions, martial law circumstances, and the application of new approaches to the distribution and prioritization of financial resources for recovery projects in order to maximize the efficiency of their use and to develop a corresponding information and analytical system.
