Based on this, the following methods are substantiated and developed: a method for intelligent traffic forecasting in ITS for information attack detection systems; methods for modeling traffic in ITS using block-oriented structures and its neural-fuzzy prediction; machine learning methods for binary and multi-class classification of network traffic in attack detection systems; a method for high-speed information transmission in a satellite communication system. Through simulation modeling, substantiated results of the effectiveness of the proposed intellectual methods and tools for modeling processes in ITS of critical infrastructure to prevent unauthorized intrusions were obtained.
