The composition of the base was optimized, and the technological as well as physicochemical compatibility of the components, together with the stability of the preparations during six months of storage, were confirmed. Spectroscopic analyses and molecular modeling revealed the mechanisms of complex formation between ibuprofen, serum albumin, and nanoparticles, explaining the specific features of binding, transport, and the potential bioavailability of the active substances. The obtained results justify the development of a multifunctional agent for wound treatment, including combat-related injuries, and demonstrate the feasibility of using inert polymer matrices for the safe delivery of pharmaceutical compounds.
