The method includes the initiation of growth and development processes in dormant buds on paulownia wood from technical cuttings, on rhizome segments, and on paulownia plants from pot culture through the application of plant growth regulators. It was established that nutrient media supplemented with 6-BAP (0.3–0.5 mg/L), vitamins B1, B6, C, and PP, as well as amino acids, ensure the production of developmentally uniform clones—3–5 clones per planted explant. It was proven that rhizogenesis in paulownia clones under in vitro conditions proceeds more effectively on media supplemented with α-NAA and IBA than on hormone-free media. The growth regulators α-NAA and IBA ensured rapid initiation and uniform root growth—7–11 roots per clone. The addition of GA enhanced the effect of auxins, increasing the number of roots as well as their length and thickness. Media for the initiation of callus formation and callus morphogenesis in paulownia were developed. For callus induction, MS medium was supplemented with 6-BAP at 0.6 mg/L and GA, vitamins, amino acids, and moisture-retaining agents. In media for callus morphogenesis, the dosage of amino acids was increased. This scheme enabled the production of homogeneous paulownia clones. Product Description popup.authors Svitlana M.
