The object of the study is agroecosystems of residential areas. The subject of the study is the anthropogenic impact on the ecological sustainability of the agroecosystem during the implementation of agricultural technologies, taking into account the natural and climatic conditions of the region. The purpose of the research work is to analyze scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the state of agroecosystems and cartographic modeling of residential areas, taking into account anthropogenic load and natural and climatic factors. Research methods - to achieve the set goal, a set of methods was used, such as abstract-logical, statistical, interdisciplinary, analysis and synthesis, modeling, graphical, tabular. According to the results of the research work: – a new approach to assessing the state of agroecosystems based on indicators of soil biological activity is proposed; – an approach to comprehensive assessment of soil degradation using cartographic modeling, which takes into account aggregated and integrated indicators of land condition, is proposed; – the reasons for the development of erosion processes on sloping lands were analyzed using digital photogrammetry as a modern monitoring tool; – geochemical indicators of soils of urbanized areas, in particular the city of Poltava, were monitored in order to identify technogenic load; – analyzed the organic technology of growing crops using humates, microfertilizers and mycorrhiza in enterprises; – performed a comparative analysis of the results of agrochemical monitoring of soils under perennial plantations grown using organic and traditional pesticide-free technologies. The results of the research are implemented in the organic development strategy of LLC "Food for Thought" for the period until 2026.
