Spraying the plantings with the Betino preparation resulted in an additional 13.1% and 16.9% of the harvest, respectively. In ex vitro culture, the highest tuber yield was formed by the Mezhyrichka 11 variety - 20.1 t/ha when treated with ferulic acid, the Shchedryk variety - 21.9 t/ha with salicylic acid and spraying the varieties during the growing season with the Betino plant growth biostimulant. The increase in yield was 2.7 t/ha or 19.4%. The highest tuber yield of the Mezhyrichka 11 variety – 16.7 t/ha and Shchedryk – 23.7 t/ha was formed under the condition of using the plant growth regulators Adenine, 0.000025% + Kinetin, 0.00001% to intensify the process of reproduction of the starting material in the in vitro culture. Spraying the crops with the plant growth biostimulant Betino made it possible to additionally obtain 0.28 t/ha of the Mezhyrichka 11 variety and 0.18 t/ha of the Shchedryk variety. In ex vitro culture, the highest yield of the Mezhyrichka 11 variety - 16.4 t/ha was formed in the variant of improvement in ex vitro culture with growth regulators Adenine, 0.000025% + Kinetin, 0.00625% + IOK, 0.00010 with subsequent spraying with the biological preparation Betino. The increase in tuber yield compared to the control was 1.0 t/ha (16.1%). In the Shchedryk variety, the highest productivity indicator - 21.0 t/ha was obtained in the variant Adenine, 0.000025% + Kinetin, 0.00001%.
