The largest surface area of 18513.03 and 18326.94 mm2 was characterised by samples E 21/24 and E 13/24 in symbiosis with AMG. The highest symbiosis effect was observed in sample E 21/24 in combination with AMG – 36.8%. The highest green mass yield of 1.98 kg/m² was observed in sample E 13/24 in symbiosis with Rizoactive, while the yield of the control variant was 1.57 kg/m². In the second year of life of the seed grass, the highest seed yield of 59.4-60.8 g/m² was observed in samples E 21/24 in symbiosis with Rizoactive and Miko-Friend and E 16/24 in symbiosis with Rizoactive. In the control nurseries for fodder use in the second year of life of the grass stand, the height of sainfoin plants ranged from 45 to 62 cm, the number of stems from 110 to 174 pcs/m2, and the yield from 0.65 to 0.98 kg/m2. In terms of height (62-63 cm), numbers E 3/с.24 and E 13/с.24 stood out, in terms of the number of stems 174 stems/m2 ‒ E 13/с.24, and in terms of green mass yield 0.98 kg/m2 ‒ E 3/с.24. In the competition for the second year of life of the grass stand in single standing, the highest height of 79 cm, the number of stems 31 pcs/plant, 97 panicles per plant, 1791 seeds per plant and a seed weight of 30.8 g per plant, which exceeded the population average by 8.2%, 31.9%, 31.1%, 55.9% and 57.1%, respectively.
