The best response of sunflower plants of the Suzuka HTS Syngenta and SI Bacardi KLP Syngenta hybrids was observed when combining pre-sowing seed treatment with foliar feeding in the phase of 4-6 true leaves with the PMK-U preparation, which allowed to obtain the highest values ​​of plant height, better form the leaf apparatus, which in turn contributed to an increase in yield and an increase in the quality of sunflower seeds. Other variants of the experiment allowed to obtain slightly lower values. On average, over the years of research, the highest conditional net profit (24,163.5 UAH/ha) was obtained from pre-sowing treatment of sunflower seeds of the hybrid SI Bacardi KLP Syngenta with the preparation PMK-U.
