The theoretical and methodological basis of the study consists of modern approaches to systems analysis, concepts of economic-mathematical and statistical modeling, paradigms of simulation modeling, data analytics methods, fuzzy logic, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, as well as the theory and practice of developing expert systems for approximate reasoning. The report summarizes the results of a five-year research cycle (2021–2025) aimed at advancing models and technologies for studying socio-economic processes at micro- and macro-levels. Within the framework of the study, the effectiveness of mathematical methods and models as tools for analyzing complex economic systems and supporting managerial decision-making is substantiated. Optimization and simulation models of production, investment, logistics, and sales activities of enterprises have been developed and tested, along with models for diagnosing and forecasting crisis phenomena, as well as statistical models of macroeconomic indicators and stock market indices dynamics, taking into account risks and economic instability. Special attention is paid to the development of intelligent information technologies, particularly expert systems based on crisp and fuzzy production rules, semantic networks, and hybrid knowledge representation models. The obtained results deepen the theory and practice of systems analysis and modeling of socio-economic systems, possess scientific novelty and practical value, and can be applied in enterprise management, decision support systems, and the educational process of higher education institutions.
