Based on the results of the survey of the state of breeding pig farming in the Kirovograd region, the breed, quantitative, and qualitative composition of the pig population has been determined. An analysis of the assessment of boars and sows of the pig breeding farm of the State Enterprise "Elite" of the State Institute of State Statistics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR was carried out for reproductive qualities in terms of lines and families and using various evaluation indices.
