The aim of the work was to find out how modern digital tools can help the agricultural sector maintain the efficiency and continuity of food supply even in difficult security conditions. As a result of the study, a conceptual four-dimensional analytical model was created that allows assessing the logistical capacity of the agro-industrial complex by such indicators as demand, distance, destination and duration of transportation. It was shown that the use of geographic information systems (in particular, ArcGIS and QGIS) makes it possible to combine data from various sources - satellite images, GPS telemetry, Internet of Things sensors, meteorological and security information - for better planning and management of transportation. The main threats that affect the logistics of the agricultural sector during war were identified: destruction of transport infrastructure, blockade of ports, fuel shortages, traffic restrictions and information risks. It has been established that traditional approaches to logistics planning, focused only on economic efficiency, do not take into account dynamic military risks, therefore they need to be updated taking into account the security component. The results obtained are theoretical in nature and form the basis for further applied research and practical projects in the field of digitalization of agrologistics.
