MIGRATION SECURITY AS A DETERMINANT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC RESILIENCE OF UKRAINE: SPATIAL DIMENSION The object of research is the processes of weakening the migration security of regions in the system of socio-economic resilience of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is the formation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the research and the justification of practical recommendations for strengthening migration security as determinants of the socio-economic resilience of the regions of Ukraine. Research methods - general scientific (dialectical, scientific induction and deduction, systematic, comparison and synthesis); special (structural, comparative, factor analysis, econometric modeling). Monitoring of migration risks and threats at the level of communities in shock conditions was carried out using an expert method, which made it possible to: (1) assess migration vulnerability and identify challenges to the socio-economic resilience of communities; (2) to determine the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of mechanisms for ensuring migration security at the local level, directions of response to migration risks; (3) to outline tools for inhibiting migration losses and preserving human capital in communities. The need to develop and implement the National Strategy for Ensuring Migration Security of Ukraine is substantiated. Differentiated mechanisms for mitigating migration risks and threats across different types of territories (front, rear, and border regions of Ukraine) are proposed. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of a practically oriented toolkit for monitoring migration risks, assessing the socio-economic resilience of territories and forming management decisions to inhibit migration losses. 24 certificates of implementation of research results were received.
