The object of the study is socio-economic processes that are transformed under the influence of the introduction of digital technologies into business, the labor market, and public spheres. The purpose of this work is to provide a theoretical generalization and practical analysis of the impact of digitalization on socio-economic development, as well as to establish effective mechanisms for mitigating risks and enhancing the resilience of economic entities in the digital environment. The research process used systemic and dialectical approaches, methods of logical analysis and generalization, graphical methods, as well as digital analytics tools (Google Trends, Google Forms, Excel). The report analyzes the role of digital technologies in the development of e-business, identifies key benefits and threats of digital transformation, in particular cybersecurity risks, structural changes in the labor market and problems of digital inequality. Special attention is paid to economic mechanisms for overcoming digitalization challenges in the field of employment and agricultural production, as well as assessing the opportunities and risks of using artificial intelligence in the field of healthcare.
