This system integrates parameters of natural resource sustainability and techno-environmental risks into a unified assessment logic and enables the measurement of the environmental component of economic security and its subsequent integration into strategic planning at the regional level. A method for assessing the level of food security at the regional and national levels was proposed, taking into account the indicator of the “level of sufficiency of domestic production” and consumption standards by age groups through comparison of gross output of key food products. Methodological approaches to assessing the production, foreign economic, investment and innovation, food, and environmental security of regions were improved by adapting national indicators to the specific features of territorial development, refining the information base, and introducing intra-national benchmarking standards. This ensures the correctness of interregional comparisons and reflects the real structural characteristics of regional economies. An analytical substantiation of the production, foreign economic, investment and innovation, food, and environmental security of regions was carried out, within which the interpretation of the impact of military factors on the structural resilience of territories was deepened and an expanded empirical database for interregional comparisons was formed. The concept of territorial differentiation of economic security was further developed using the regions of the Ukrainian Black Sea area as a case study. This made it possible to identify specific threats and critical zones for Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions, as well as to substantiate the need for regionally oriented security strategies.
