The aim of the work was to improve the scientific and methodological foundations of the formation of high-quality seeds of winter triticale and winter rye by using and studying the effect of microfertilizers, stimulators and growth regulators on it. Research methods – field, laboratory, mathematical-statistical, calculation-comparative. It was determined that, according to the requirements of DSTU 4762:2007, the winter triticale varieties Volemyr and Solodyuk correspond to the second class, on average, in terms of gluten content. According to the protein index, it is of the second and third class. According to the indicator of grain nature, both varieties of winter triticale correspond to the first class. Winter rye of Siverske and Levitan varieties, according to the requirements of DSTU 4522:2006, on average according to the experiment, belong to the first and second classes. In the process of research, it was proven that the indicators of economic efficiency depended on the factors "culture", "variety" and "preparation". They were the highest in Levitan variety winter rye. Among the varieties of winter triticale, the best indicators were obtained when growing the Solodyuk variety.
