The age, nature and mechanism of the injury and the treatment measures carried out before admission were studied and analyzed. The diagnosis of gunshot wound to the maxillofacial area was made on the basis of the study of the anamnesis, clinical and radiological picture, as well as computed tomography data.X-ray examination was performed on all patients. Computed tomography data were used for preoperative planning. All patients underwent surgical reconstructive and restorative treatment with skin plastic surgery with a large cutaneous-muscular flap of the chest, a skin-fat flap according to V.P.
