In sows of the ½ Large White × ½ Landrace combination, the frequency of alleles A is 0.60, G is 0.40, the frequency of genotypes AA, AG and GG is 0.35, 0.48 and 0.17; for the tarragon receptor (ESR) gene – the frequency of alleles A and B is 0.40 and 0.60, the frequency of genotypes AA, AB and BB is 0.16, 0.48 and 0.36, respectively. Longer lifespan and breeding use are characterized by sows of the Large White breed of Hungarian origin of the MC4RAG and ESRВВ genotype, French selection of the MC4RGG and ESRAB genotype, sows of the ½ Large White × ½ Landrace combination of the MC4RAA and ESRAB genotype; in terms of multiparity and litter weight at the time of weaning at the age of 28 days, the advantage was established in sows of the Large White breed of Hungarian origin of the MC4RAG and ESRВВ genotype, the Large White breed of French selection of the MC4RGG and ESRAA genotype, and the ½ Large White × ½ Landrace combination of the MC4RAG and ESRВВ genotype. The phenotypic consolidation coefficients (K1 and K2) of multiparity and litter weight at the time of weaning at the age of 28 days in sows of different genotypes according to the melanocortin receptor gene (MC4R) are at the level of –0.569 (K2, multiparity, MC4RAG genotype) – +0.406 (K2, multiparity, ESRAA genotype). The coefficients of phenotypic consolidation (K1 and K2) of multiparity and litter weight at the time of weaning at the age of 28 days in sows of different genotypes according to the melanocortin receptor gene (MC4R) are at the level of –0.569 (K2, multiparity, MC4RAG genotype) – +0.406 (K2, multiparity, ESRAA genotype).
