The subject of the research is the theoretical and applied aspects of the search for modeling and forecasting methods embodied in the form of specialized software. The object of the research is software systems and complexes in the fields of cryptography, optoelectronics, complex network analysis, serverless computing, and intelligent decision support systems. The goal of the work is the optimization of mathematical and algorithmic models for physical-technical and information systems. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of new cryptographic tools based on cellular automata, the creation of high-sensitivity photodiodes, and the development of methods for analyzing digital discourse, as well as epidemiological and demographic processes. An important vector of the work is the construction of serverless system architectures for proactive data scaling. The methodological basis of the research consists of: cellular automata modeling, cryptographic strength analysis according to NIST standards, statistical and cluster analysis of complex networks, as well as machine learning tools (ANN, ANFIS, LSTM). MLOps approaches were used for data processing automation and physical-technical process modeling methods. Scientific novelty and results. A hybrid random number generator with a high generation speed was developed, and its software model was implemented. Photodiode designs with an improved dynamic range and sensitivity were created. Intelligent models for forecasting natural phenomena based on heliogeophysical factors were proposed. Multi-level serverless architectures and software modules for monitoring user physical status and analyzing market behavior on online exchanges were developed.
