Development of technology for the application of ecologically safe systems of control of harmful organisms on crops of nightshade crops using BT preparations

The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of growing nightshade crops with the reproduction of soil fertility by developing systems for the use of biological plant protection products, produced by the Biotechnological Institute of Engineering and Technology, against regulated and harmful organisms to ensure phytosanitary safety in the Western region of Ukraine. To ensure the biologization of agriculture with the full realization of its biological potential for obtaining plants with the necessary parameters and ensuring protection against losses due to the action of harmful organisms. To study the effect of biological protection preparations on harmful organisms during the cultivation of nightshade (potatoes) to ensure an increase in the yield of agricultural products. To develop systems for the protection of potatoes from harmful organisms based on preparations produced by the Engineering and Technological Institute "Biotechnika" during organic cultivation of the crop to ensure the improvement of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the crop.
Based on the results of 2024-2025, an analysis of 4 insecticidal preparations was conducted. Based on the research, six potato protection systems against the Colorado potato beetle were developed and tested, which showed a leveled effectiveness result. The best result in 2024-2025 against the Colorado potato beetle was shown by system 2 (first treatment Bitoxibacillin BT - 3.0 l/ha, second treatment Metarizin BT - 3.0 l/ha, third treatment Boverin BT - 10.0 l/ha, fourth treatment Actofit BT - 3.0 l/ha) and 6 (first treatment Bitoxibacillin BT - 3.0 l/ha, second treatment - Boverin BT - 10.0 l/ha, third treatment Actofit BT - 3.0 l/ha, fourth treatment Metarizin BT - 3.0 l/ha) with an efficiency in 2024 of 70.1 and 71.7%, and in 2025 of 70.3 and 71.9%, respectively. Based on the results of 2024-2025, an analysis of 6 preparations with fungicidal and stimulating properties was conducted. The most versatile and effective solutions for combating fungal diseases of potatoes were biological systems 6 (pre-planting treatment Trihopsin BT 1.5 l/t + Baktofit BT 1.5 l/t + Vitastim BT 1.5 l/t; first treatment Trihopsin BT 3.0 l/ha + Biospectr BT 3.0 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha; second treatment Trihopsin BT 3.0 l/ha + Baktofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha; third treatment Baktofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Gliocladin BT 5 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha; fourth treatment Trihopsin BT 3.0 l/ha + Baktofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Gliocladin BT 5 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha) and 3 (pre-planting treatment Trihopsin BT 1.5 l/t + Gliocladin BT 1.5 l/t + Vitastim BT 1.5 l/t; first treatment Trihopsin BT 3.0 l/ha + Bactofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha; second treatment Biospectr BT 3.0 l/ha + Bactofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha; third treatment Trihopsin BT 3.0 l/ha + Bactofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha; fourth treatment Trihopsin BT 3.0 l/ha + Bactofit BT 3.0 l/ha + Gliocladin BT 5 l/ha + Vitastim BT 3.0 l/ha).

Saving a scientific data set occurs in two stages:
1.) Creating a data set
Enter the name of the set, a brief description of the set (annotation), and click the “Create set” button. After that, a draft data set will be automatically created, which you can save for further work with the set. The system will redirect you to the “Data set information” page.
2.) Filling in the data
On the “Data set information” page, you need to fill in all the fields related to the data set and upload the files.
Please note! Each file is uploaded separately. This is done to ensure the stable operation of the system.
Once you have filled in the information about the scientific data set and added the necessary files, you can save the draft or send the data to the system.
Please note! Once the data has been sent, you cannot change it.
Drafts are necessary for storing the data set and editing it before sending.
All accounts on the NRA website go through a standard registration procedure and are verified. However, in order to obtain additional features, such as publishing open reviews of academic texts, verification by affiliation is required.
To obtain the status “verified”, you must change your primary email address to a corporate one, which is tied to a scientific or educational institution.
For example: user@ukrintei.ua, user@nas.gov.ua
After confirming your corporate email address, your account will be automatically verified by affiliation.
If your email address is corporate, but your account does not have a verification mark, you need to write to us at the email address NRAT@ukrintei.ua. After verification, we will add your address to the database, and your account will be verified.
After completing the verification procedure for affiliation, you can change the primary email address to a convenient one for you, without losing your status during the current verification.
You only need to verify for affiliation once.
