Results obtained: The typification of the Precambrian metaconglomerates of the Ukrainian Shield according to lithological-petrographic, genetic and formational features has been carried out; the stratigraphic levels and the evolution of conglomerate accumulation conditions in the Precambrian of the shield have been determined and studied; Metaconglomerates of greenstone structures of the Middle Dnieper region; Pobuzhye; Frunze magnetic anomaly zone of the southwestern slope of the Ukrainian Shield have been studied and comprehensively characterized; northwestern part of the Ukrainian Shield; eastern part of the Ukrainian Shield and its slopes; Azov megablock of the Ukrainian Shield.
