The model takes into account strategic and operational approaches to the development of European research infrastructures, approaches to organizing the sharing of scientific equipment, approaches to research infrastructure ecosystems. Based on thermodynamic modeling, optimized sets of thermodynamic values and mechanical properties for boron allotropes and compounds such as boron suboxide B6O, boron subnitride B13N2 and boron carbide were established. A PDC composite was obtained by the method of counter-impregnation of a layer of diamond micropowder with a melt of Fe3С-C and a melt of the Co-WC-C system from a hard alloy substrate. The dynamic tensile strength of cBN ceramics obtained by HPHT technology in cBN-MeC systems was investigated.
