Object of research: dynamic, thermophysical, and electromagnetic processes in high-speed magnetically levitating vehicles (in particular, fifth-generation transport) and innovative wind power plants. Subject of research: theoretical foundations, mathematical models, numerical methods, and control algorithms that ensure the stable operation of levitation systems, superconducting magnets, aerodynamic components, and modern energy storage devices. Main results and research performed: mathematical models of magnetoplane control systems have been developed, taking into account the combination of two principles of levitation. The influence of delay in feedback on the stability of motion has been investigated and the geometric properties of the space of configurations of supporting bodies have been revealed. Elements of railcrawler-type systems have been improved; algorithms for calculating the stress-strain state of HTS windings have been developed. Models of temperature fields in superconducting solenoid suspension systems have been created and the thermal regimes of cryovacuum units have been optimized; turbulence modeling methods have been adapted to calculate the flow around passenger capsules in transport systems. Simulation modeling of wind turbines with variable blade configuration was performed, which made it possible to increase their energy efficiency in transient modes; methods for synthesizing nanoscale electrode materials have been developed, allowing the creation of batteries with improved energy characteristics for electric transport.
