Registration Date 30-12-2025 Organization State Enterprise "The State Research Institute of Building Constructions" popup.description1 The development is driven by the need to create national standards identical to the relevant harmonized European standards in order to establish conditions for attracting foreign investment for the reconstruction of damaged infrastructure and to support European integration processes (Article 56 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on one side, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community, and their Member States, on the other side), the implementation of the provisions of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Provision of Construction Products on the Market”, which implements EU Regulation No. 305/2011, and Ukraine’s preparation for signing the ACAA Agreement (in the part concerning construction products), as stipulated by the Ukraine–EU Agreement. popup.description2 During the implementation of the development, the terms of reference for the development, by the translation method, of the draft projects of 5 national standards regarding products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures (with an identical level of conformity to European regulatory documents) (hereinafter referred to as the 5 NS) were prepared, coordinated and approved. Using the translation method, the first and second editions of the draft projects of the 5 NS and the explanatory notes thereto were developed. The second editions of the draft projects of the 5 NS and the explanatory notes thereto were approved by the responsible Technical Committee as the final editions. An information and analytical report on the results of the development was prepared in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 3008:15 and was considered at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry for Development.
