The influence of cavitation treatment on the efficiency of microbiological processes in media containing poultry manure suspensions was determined, and a mathematical model of dissimilatory sulfate reduction was developed to explain the mechanisms of heavy metal binding during bioconversion. A laboratory-scale biotechnology for producing biogenic compositions based on digestate intended for the remediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals was developed, taking into account hydrodynamic conditions of particle suspension and separation. A theoretical model describing the breakup of a liquid jet (melt) into droplets due to intrinsic oscillations was substantiated, allowing the conditions of granule formation in compound fertilizer granulation processes to be described. Regularities of the temperature profile formation across the granule radius during contact with air in a granulation tower were established, creating scientific prerequisites for the development of a biotechnological solution for producing monodisperse granular fertilizers for the restoration of soils damaged by military activities.
