Using the translation method, the first and second editions of the draft projects of the 2 NS and the explanatory notes thereto were developed. The second editions of the draft projects of the 2 NS and the explanatory notes thereto were approved by the responsible Technical Committee as the final editions. An information and analytical report on the results of the development was prepared in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 3008:15 and was considered at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry for Development.
