A system of measures and recommendations for the effective use of available breeding resources of carp farms will be developed. popup.description2 Blood samples of the Antoniny–Zozulenets intrabreed types of scaled and framed carp from fish farm “Merkurii” from Vinnytsia region were analysed. It is shown that according to the analysis of the correlation correspondence of genotypes number according to the Hardy-Weinberg law (significance level 5%) there are no deviations at the Tf and pTf loci in the framed carp, and at the Tf, Est, ALB and pTf loci in the scaled carp. The analysis of the genetic structure of carp of the Ukrainian scaled and framed breeds of Antonin-Zozulenetsk intrabreed types was carried out by the polymorphism of ISSR (inter-simple sequence repeat) markers from farm "Merkury". However, if to analyze the total number of lymphocytes with micronuclei and binucleated lymphocytes, the group of framed carp were characterized by a statistically significantly higher level of cytogenetic abnormalities (5.4‰) compared to the scaled carp (4.6‰) (P<0.05).
