Group is characterized by low frequencies of erythrocytes with micronuclei (3,6 ± 0,3‰), low frequencies of lymphocytes with micronuclei (2,2 ± 0,2‰) and binucleated lymphocytes (1,9 ± 0,.2‰), as well as a low level of apoptosis (4,2 ± 0,3‰). The analysis of the distribution patterns of alleles and genotypes in the blood serum of Siberian sturgeon individuals was performed for polymorphic loci of transferrin (TF), albumin (ALB), and two esterase loci (Est-1, Est-2). The average observed heterozygosity was 87,5%, substantially exceeding the expected value. The average inbreeding coefficient (FIS) was – 0,387. For a more detailed assessment of genetic diversity, five highly polymorphic microsatellite loci were used.
