In contrast, perennial grasses and the cultivation of a vetch–oat mixture in crop rotation contributed to improved soil physical properties. In particular, soil bulk density in the topsoil ranged from 1.28 to 1.29 g/cm³, total porosity approached 50%, and aeration porosity ranged from 20.5 to 24.8%. The variant with miscanthus cultivation was characterized by the poorest indicators of soil structural condition, similarly to the physical properties. A high content of clod fraction (59.63%), a low proportion of mesoaggregates, and a structural coefficient of 0.56 indicate an unsatisfactory soil structural status. After one vegetation period, different land-use practices of sylvatized lands did not result in pronounced differences in soil agrochemical properties. The content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen was low both in the upper soil layers and in the sub-arable horizon. In all experimental variants except the control, high levels of available phosphorus were recorded, ranging from 164.5 mg/kg in the 20–35 cm layer to 180.0 mg/kg in the upper arable horizon. The content of exchangeable potassium ranged from 142.6 mg/kg in the 0–20 cm layer to 64.3 mg/kg in the 20–35 cm layer, indicating an increased level of exchangeable potassium in the topsoil and a low level in the lower horizon. The cultivation of perennial grasses resulted in a decrease in exchangeable potassium content to 86.5 mg/kg, due to high potassium removal associated with the grass's growth requirements.
