The aim of the research is to study and effectively utilize the genetic diversity of pome fruit crops, identify sources and donors of economically valuable traits, introduce new accessions, register valuable samples and renew the storage collection, and provide initial material to institutions for further use in breeding, scientific, and practical purposes. Results: The pome fruit collection of the L.P. Symyrenko Pomology Experimental Station consists of 1,341 accessions: 1,272 apples and 69 pears. For the period 2021–2025, passports for 17 accessions were submitted to the passport database, including four apple accessions in 2025. Eighteen new accessions were included in the introduction database (11 apples and seven pears), with three apples and one pear added in 2025. A trait collection of disease-resistant apple accessions (59 accessions from 14 countries) was established and registered (Certificate No. 329) with the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine (NCPGRU). Seventeen valuable pome fruit accessions were submitted for registration to the NCPGRU (12 apples and six pears), with two apple accessions and one pear accession submitted in 2025. A comprehensive study was conducted on 804 pome fruit accessions (140 in 2025), identifying 452 sources of economically valuable traits (47 in 2025) and 62 sources of a complex of traits (18 in 2025). Forty-five gene pool accessions were used in the breeding process (11 in 2025). Two new columnar apple cultivars were created: Valiusha (Sinap Almatynskyi × KV-10 form) and Lybid (Horodyshchenske × (KV 19 + KV 27)), as well as a pear cultivar Osoblyva (Williams’ Bon Chrétien UN0201058 × Dekanka zymova).
