The conditions of digitalization transforming the management of tourism enterprises through Agile models have been examined, enhancing adaptability and competitiveness. It has been established that digital technologies improve operational efficiency and the quality of the customer experience, while posing organizational challenges. The effectiveness of franchising combined with digital tools for integration into the European market has been demonstrated. The role of digital marketing, methods for assessing the potential for innovative renewal of fixed assets, and the importance of information support and staff competence have been generalized. The key role of internet communications, personalization through social media, VR/AR, and influencers has been identified. Digital controlling using AI and big data has been justified, and gender differences in tourists’ sensory preferences have been confirmed. It has been shown that destination branding restores image through uniqueness, communication, and partnerships between the state, business, and communities. A comprehensive approach combining literature analysis, Scopus bibliometrics with VOSviewer, logical generalization, structural-comparative, and analytical analysis was applied. Empirical methods included surveys, chi-square, and correlation analysis to form tourists’ “sensory profiles.” Reengineering, case studies, digital controlling, and forecasting were used to evaluate innovative products. The information base included scientific publications, statistics, Scopus data, marketing surveys, and franchising case studies.
