The relevance is due to the need of enterprises for sustainable monitoring of financial and economic condition, rapid detection of deviations and scenario planning against the background of high market volatility and digital transformation of business processes. The object of the research is information technologies of analysis and decision-making support in enterprise management systems. The subject of the research is models, methods and algorithms of economic diagnostics (indicator normalization, weighting, aggregation and ranking of alternatives, signal monitoring), as well as their information and analytical implementation. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of diagnostics and management of the state of a business entity through the implementation of IT-ED, which ensures comparability and explainability of assessments, operational signaling of risks and scenario comparison of management alternatives. Research methods – structural and comparative analysis, mathematical modeling, multi-criteria optimization methods, statistical controlling. The scientific novelty lies in the coordination of the IT-ED pipeline with a single semantic KPI catalog and in the combination of objective/expert weights with signaling mechanisms for operational diagnostics and scenario comparison of alternatives.
