The presentation of requirements for assessing undesirable environmental impacts as ecosystem functions and services that can be provided by different ecosystems is proposed. The role of the spatio-temporal geosystem as a basic system-forming model for assessing the impact of complex technical objects on the environment is determined. A variant of implementing a systemic approach to complex environmental objects based on the concept of their life cycle is proposed. Obtaining an assessment of the harmful environmental impact, determining the existing and predicting future states of the natural compartment of the spatio-temporal geosystem is implemented by simulation modeling of the impact of a WPP during all stages of its life cycle. Using the SimaPro software and the Eco-indicator 99 methodology, a computer simulation of the impact of the life cycle of a wind power station on subsystems and tiers of a natural compartment was performed using the example of the spatio-temporal geosystem of the Carpathian mountain forests. Mathematical modeling of the interaction of tiers and subsystems of compartments under conditions of harmful effects and modeling of possible states of the spatio-temporal geosystem were performed, in particular, the impact of the technical system on subsystems and tiers, the distribution of pollutants, sediments and technogenic radionuclides in tiers and subsystems, functional relationships for describing the spread of pollutants in tiers and subsystems, network modeling of mass transfer of matter in a compartment of a natural compartment of the spatio-temporal geosystem.
