Subject of research – professional development of personnel on issues of responsible parenthood. Project goal – to develop scientifically grounded tools for the professional development of specialists working with families in order to promote responsible parenthood, a healthy lifestyle, the preservation of reproductive health, and non-violent conflict resolution. Research objectives: to analyze modern scientific approaches to family support and responsible parenting; to identify the training needs of professionals; to develop a training program considering social challenges; to pilot it in practice; to summarize the results and prepare recommendations. Research methods: analysis of scientific sources, surveys of professionals, focus groups, observation of training sessions, and interpretation of the obtained data. Scientific result – a model of professional development for social service specialists working with families in conditions of instability has been created. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical training. Piloting showed increased professional confidence and improved effectiveness in working with parents. Research novelty – an interdisciplinary approach that integrates psychological, social, and pedagogical tools and responds to current transformations in family relations, stress levels, and the influence of the digital environment. Practical application – the results can be used in the training of social service workers, educational institutions, family support centers, and NGOs.
