The object of the study is perennial plants (7 taxa) of the Lamiaceae family: hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L., genotype ‘Markiz’), narrow-leaved lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., genotype ‘Stepova’), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., genotype ‘Tsytronella’), sage (Salvia officinalis L., genotype ‘Shans’), apple mint (Mentha rotundifolia L., genotype ‘Lіdіia’), common thyme (Thymus vulgaris L., genotype ‘Fantaziia’), common oregano (Origanum vulgare L., genotype ‘Ukrainochka’). The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate and create models of production processes of essential oil crops under drip irrigation in the south of Ukraine. The reaction of essential oil crops to the soil and climatic conditions of the region was studied. The most effective option for lemon balm, mint, oregano, sage and thyme was the application of the Biochar+Groundfix mixture to the soil and treatment of seedlings with Melanoriz, which provided an increase in dry matter yield by 8.12–11.26 c/ha compared to the control. The content of essential oil in the flowering phase was 0.19–2.61%, with a tendency to increase oil content. With drip irrigation and the use of biological products, the growth of narrow-leaved lavender was optimized, flowering was prolonged by 4–8 days, the yield reached 57.6 c/ha, the collection of essential oil – 107.2 kg/ha, profitability – 330.1%. Results. The most developed plants of medicinal hyssop were recorded on the background of N90P90 and treatment of plants in the branching and budding phases with Quantum technical. In this variant, the crop yield was 213.2 centners/ha, the yield of essential oil was 197.81 kg/ha, the profitability reached 328.2% and the conditional net profit was 300.129 thousand UAH/ha at a cost price of 1 kg of essential oil of 474 UAH.
