Subject of the study – the expert evaluation of an in-service training programme for practical and clinical psychologists of enterprises and institutions, volunteer psychologists and social workers in terms of its compliance with organisational-methodological and socio-psychological scientific concepts and tools (methods) of psychological rehabilitation of combatants. To conduct an expert evaluation of the in-service training programme regarding its compliance with modern scientific concepts and techniques of the second and third waves of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) in the field of psychological rehabilitation of combatants, taking into account national experience. Scientific novelty The novelty of the study lies in the development, based on comparative analysis, of an expert assessment protocol for an in-service training programme, which consists of criteria and indicators. The developed programme “Psychological Rehabilitation of Combatants: Ukrainian Experience, Techniques of the Second and Third Waves of CBT” complies with modern scientific concepts and methods of psychological work with combatants who find themselves in critical and extreme conditions and require psychological rehabilitation. To implement the programme, 32 webinars of 8 academic hours each were conducted over six months in order to train practical and clinical psychologists, volunteer psychologists and social workers to work with combatants. The final examination, public defence of a practical task, and final survey of the participants confirmed that the knowledge and skills acquired can be effectively applied in practice, which will contribute to an overall improvement in the psychological situation.
