The objective of the research was to determine the effects of the organic fertilizer Vermicompost, the cryoprotectant MARS EL, and foliar applications of Quantum-AminoFrost and SMARTGROW RECOVERY on seedling survival rate, plant growth and development dynamics, photosynthetic activity, biomass accumulation, as well as the energy and economic efficiency of paulownia plantations. It was established that the combination of organic fertilization at a rate of 400 kg/ha with plant treatment using the cryoprotectant MARS EL (0.5 L/ha) ensured the highest plant survival rate (89.8–90.2%), enhanced growth processes, and promoted the formation of a well-developed leaf surface. Additional foliar application of biologically active preparations contributed to increased chlorophyll content, photosynthetic potential, and net photosynthetic productivity, which positively affected the intensity of dry matter accumulation. In the third year of vegetation, under the optimal combination of the studied factors, dry matter yield reached 18.4 t/ha, biofuel yield amounted to 20.2 t/ha, and energy output exceeded 300 GJ/ha. It was revealed that, with increasing plantation age, the role of organic fertilization in productivity formation intensified, whereas the application of the cryoprotectant proved to be a key factor in enhancing plant resistance to spring temperature stresses and ensuring the stability of growth processes. The economic assessment demonstrated a reduction in production costs, an increase in net profit, and an improvement in profitability level up to 46–49%. The obtained results confirm the feasibility of implementing an integrated agrotechnological approach to paulownia cultivation under the conditions of the Forest-Steppe zone.
