The purpose of the research is to develop a communicative system for utilizing the potential of agricultural science for innovative development of agro-industrial sectors, taking into account the regional features of the Western Polissia of Ukraine. During 2024–2025, the state of scientific and organizational support for innovative development of the agricultural sector in the region was analyzed, and the key factors and constraints of innovation transfer were identified. A structural and functional model of the communicative system was developed, encompassing mechanisms of information support, advisory services, feedback, and adaptation of scientific developments to regional conditions.
