This model forms a unified platform for disseminating agricultural innovations and providing targeted support to producers. Recommendations have been prepared to improve the efficiency of implementing breeding and technological innovations, strengthening cooperation between science and production in the Zaporizhzhia region. Monitoring of innovation adoption in Zaporizhzhia (2020–2024) showed a low level of implementation and highlighted the need to intensify advisory activities. Monitoring of innovation transfer by the Institute of Oil Crops of NAAS (2018–2024) revealed the introduction of 19 varieties and 2 hybrids, though without a systematic scaling mechanism, indicating the need to expand propagation and distribution of new oil crop varieties. In the field of intellectual property, one utility model application and five plant variety applications were submitted, five varieties entered official testing, and two utility model patents were obtained. An analysis of the State Register of Plant Varieties and a study of mustard and oil flax production were conducted and published. A Catalogue of Innovations of the Institute, comprising 40 competitive oil crop varieties and hybrids, was compiled. In 2024–2025, over 80 agricultural enterprises across Ukraine implemented 15 Institute varieties on about 5000 hectares.
