The purpose of the study: to increase the effectiveness of antiblastoma therapy in patients with ovarian cancer by substantiating a program of individualization of therapy based on the assessment of the dependence of the appearance of distant metastases, locoregional recurrences, and secondary tumors on the clinical and biological characteristics of the tumor. Research methods and equipment: methods of nonparametric statistics, Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21), Perception of Stress Scale (PSS-10). Ultramicroscopic examination was performed using standard electron microscopic techniques. Theoretical and practical results: a set of informative indicators for assessing treatment outcomes was substantiated, and an information model for a follow-up database of ovarian cancer patients was developed. It was established that the highest levels of distress and anxiety among these patients occur at the stage of diagnosis. Novelty: for the first time, it has been proven that in patients with ovarian cancer, the combination of neoadjuvant chemo-hormonotherapy significantly reduces the frequency of tumor cells in residual tissue compared to the use of chemotherapy alone. Effectiveness of implementation: the proposed treatment regimen demonstrates significant clinical efficacy, confirmed by a twofold reduction in the presence the presence of tumor cells in the residual tissue – 31,2% compared to the use of only neoadjuvant chemotherapy – 73,3%. Field of application: oncology, gynecology. Product Description popup.authors Yuliia V. Kharchenko Vitalii O. Vekshyn Olena O. Kyrylova Neonila O. Artamonova Oksana V. Dolhaia Iryna M.
