Встановлення змін у спектрах поширених в Україні збудників бактеріальних та фітоплазмових хвороб окремих культур. Zabolotny of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 Establishing the patterns of functioning of populations of pathogens of bacterial and phytoplasma diseases of agricultural crops under conditions of anthropogenic load, studying the functional activity of phytopathogens and mechanisms of their adaptation to adverse conditions of an anthropogenically modified environment. Studying the patterns of formation of aggressive populations of phytopathogenic bacteria and phytoplasmas under the influence of toxic substances (pesticides, persistent organic pollutants) and other critical factors in ecologically unbalanced agroecosystems. Researching the mechanisms that contribute to the increase in the aggressiveness of phytopathogenic prokaryotes, their rapid spread to new territories and formulating the scientific principles of phytopathogen control under these conditions. Assessing the preservation of the biodiversity of microcenoses under conditions of anthropogenic load and establishing the importance of this factor in controlling the spread of phytopathogenic bacteria and phytoplasmas. popup.description2 A phylogenetic analysis of the causative agents of eustoma bacteriosis was carried out. According to the sequence of the 16S rRNA gene, Burkholderia sp. 1E is related to B.gladioli pv. gladioli NCPPB 1891 by 100%, and Pseudomonas sp. 9E is related to P. fluorescens IAM 12022 by 98.64%. P. fluorescens was isolated from eustoma for the first time in Ukraine and the world. Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens, Xanthomonas axonopodis, representatives of the genus Pantoea and new pathogens of the Burkholderiacea family for Ukraine were found on soybean seeds and plants. The highest percentage of lentil diseases using traditional technologies was in Odessa and Sumy regions, 3 and 5%, respectively. The influence of phytopathogenic mollicutes on the growth and development of narrow-leaved lupine plants in regions with varying degrees of environmental pollution was established. It was found that the cold-resistant wheat variety Zymoyarka reacts to infection with a decrease in the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids and an increase in carotenoids in the total pigment pool, while the drought-resistant variety Zelma demonstrates an adaptive restructuring of the pigment complex with an increase in the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids, which indicates a higher compensatory potential and reflects the opposite strategies of adaptation of the two varieties to infectious stress. When clover plants are infected with A. laidlawii var. granulum 118, their metabolome changes, which leads to the suppression of the physiological state of plants and a decrease in their adaptability to adverse conditions. Endophytic bacteria present in 15-20% of Scots pine seeds belong to the species Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and B. pumilus. The prospects of using the B. amyloliquefaciens B-5021 strain and the drug Phytosubtil in the walnut protection system are shown. Trichoderma sp. is an active biocontrol agent for the causative agents of bacterial diseases of walnut. N7A. Product Description popup.authors Volodymyr P. Patyka Hnatiuk Tetiana T. Lidiia A.
