The purpose is the scientifically based development and implementation of methods of using a complex of probiotic preparations in aquaculture, which will contribute to the improvement of the epizootic condition of the fish farming enterprises of freshwater aquaculture of Ukraine and the increase in the production of high-quality fish products. popup.description2 The paper summarizes the results of studies on the effectiveness of a complex probiotic preparation based on strains of Bacillus subtilis, Dietzia maris, Rhodococcus, and lactic acid bacteria in aquaculture. Its non-toxicity, antagonistic activity against pathogenic microorganisms, and positive effects on growth as well as hematological and antioxidant parameters of carp and rainbow trout were established, particularly under exposure to heavy metal nanoforms.
