Yuriev of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 The purpose is to provide informational and analytical support for the transfer and popularization of plant breeding and production innovations for the agrarian sector development and marketing research organization popup.description2 The research object was breeding and seed innovations with better genetic potentials, some processes of their creation, determination and justification of major components of the implementation effectiveness of breeding and seed innovations, design of providing and transfer, with due account for regional characteristics of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Research subject was definition of scientific and methodological tools for interregional cooperation in the implementation of breeding and seed innovations, scientifically based materials in information guides, analysis of the market for crop innovations. The research results were reported in scientific papers, methodological guidelines, scientific conference abstracts, etc. The project purpose was to develop comprehensive measures to evaluate the implementation effectiveness of agricultural innovations by analyzing the market for crop products and to find ways of achieving synergistic interaction between science and education for the innovative development of the region. This work involves the development of methodological approaches adapted to modern market conditions for the effective implementation of plant breeding innovations in the country's agribusiness. Methods: monitoring, processing and analysis of transfer components of breeding and seed innovations with establishment of factorial and integrating factors. Results and novelty. For the first time in Ukraine, guidelines have been developed and proposals have been made to increase the effectiveness of interregional cooperation in implementing components of innovative breeding developments of the created register in wartime. The results were presented to almost 170 producers, who were provided with scientific, consulting, and information services; in addition, the website page (https://yuriev.com.ua/ua/) was presented; the page has been visited by an average of 300 farmers-consumers of seed and grain products.
