Paton Electric Welding Institute (PWI) popup.description1 By studying the material of printed blanks of a heat pipe made of heat-resistant alloys by the layer-by-layer plasma-arc deposition method, the physicomechanical properties of the deposited metal of the grown samples will be established. The optimal technological conditions and parameters of deposition modes will be determined for further implementation in the production process of obtaining heat pipes for gas turbine engines of aviation equipment. popup.description2 A comprehensive analysis of modern additive manufacturing technologies for parts and heat-resistant alloys for the aviation industry has been performed. The advantages of additive plasma-arc deposition for forming spatial body parts of the hot section of gas turbine engines, in particular heat pipes, have been substantiated. A specialized robotic research and production stand has been developed and created. Technological modes of additive plasma-arc surfacing of heat-resistant steel ER 410NiMo and nickel alloy Inconel 718 have been developed. To ensure guaranteed overlap of the surfacing rolls and prevent the formation of layer adhesion defects when surfacing the Inconel 718 alloy, it is necessary to modify the surfacing route compared to ER 410NiMo. Specifically, increasing the width of the transverse movement of the plasma torch by 8 %, reducing the step of transverse oscillations by 50%, and increasing the speed of movement by 50 % are necessary. Additionally, introducing movement delays of 0,6 s at the extreme points of the trajectory allows achieving surfacing accuracy. It makes possible to achieve a deviation in the width of the sample walls within 0,16-0,25 mm. Product Description popup.authors Motrunich Sviatoslav I. Oleksandr M. Voitenko Dmytro V.
