Professional development was specified as a multilevel socio-psychological phenomenon integrating professional socialization and professional growth, unfolding through the interaction of personal resources, value–meaning and motivational spheres with the social and organizational environment. The leading role of mental health and psychological well-being was substantiated as key resources for effective socio-psychological support in crisis and post-crisis contexts. Personal psychological and socio-organizational factors of professional development were identified and systematized, and core indicators of this process were defined: spirituality, resilience, autonomy, and reflexivity. Conceptual foundations of socio-psychological support were developed, including its content, structure, and conditions for effective implementation in educational and professional settings. The results of this stage were widely disseminated and validated within the academic community. Within the research topic, 2 monographs, 4 articles indexed in scientometric databases, 46 articles in Ukrainian peer-reviewed journals, 5 study guides, and 106 conference abstracts in international and national proceedings were prepared and published. This publication output confirms the relevance, scientific significance, and practical value of the results and provides a solid basis for the next empirical stage and the implementation of practice-oriented support models for specialists in crisis and post-crisis conditions.
