TDICS SIS means a set of organizational structure, software and hardware and telecommunication means, mechanisms of functioning, algorithms, technologies, bases and banks data and knowledge that operate on the basis of common principles in a single information space, and designed to collect, process, store and provide the necessary information users of the system to make timely and adequate decisions. popup.description2 A general description of the methods and means of ensuring the survivability of the TDICS SIS is given. The concepts of functional, structural and informational survivability are defined. It is shown that ensuring survivability is achieved through the implementation and use of special means, namely: recognition, localization, counteraction, recovery and compensation, adaptation. Adaptation means are based on the following special mechanisms: reorganization, reconfiguration, reconstruction. The technology of ensuring the survivability of the TDICS SIS is developed and described. The description of the technology of ensuring the survivability of the TDICS SIS includes: definition of the concept of the technology of ensuring survivability, description of the processes of ensuring survivability, main components and tasks of the technology of ensuring the survivability of the TDICS SIS, conceptual scheme of the technology of ensuring survivability, consisting of a sequence of technological operations (steps, procedures). The monitoring process is described, examples of the most well-known monitoring systems are given today. A survivability subsystem that implements the survivability technology has been developed and described (general structure, composition: purpose, main tasks and algorithms for the functioning of the modules: monitoring, analysis, localization, development and adoption of decisions, implementation of the developed solution). It has been shown that the use of survivability technology provides the opportunity to ensure timely response of the system to negative impacts, preservation or prompt restoration of the ability to perform the functions of the TDICS SIS in the event of degradation or failure of individual system components.
