Samples IU074658 Pusa Naubahar and IU074661 Haldi Bhati exceeded the IU074657 Ankur standard in terms of the number of beans and seeds per plant and in terms of yield by 34.7 and 54.4%, respectively, which indicates their high production potential. Correlation analysis showed a close relationship between yield and morphological and structural parameters of plants, in particular, fresh weight, stem diameter, number of beans and seeds. As a result of intraspecific hybridization, promising lines Ankur/Pusa Naubahar and Haldi Bhati/Ankur were isolated, which were characterized by high nitrogen-fixing capacity (nodule mass up to 186.0 kg/ha) and provided maximum yield - up to 4.20 t/ha.
