Design solutions are proposed to improve dust removal efficiency, including the use of moving elements and optimization of device geometry. Based on the analysis of existing research, an equation has been developed to assess the efficiency of dry cleaning devices, taking into account key process parameters such as gas flow rate, dust concentration, particle size, and chamber geometry. A mathematical model for optimizing devices with a conical lower part and adjustable cylindrical section height has been developed, which reduces dust losses and ensures stable cleaning performance. Calculations have shown minimal influence of geometric parameters on efficiency when optimal values are maintained. Recommendations for industrial application of dry cleaning devices have been formulated, allowing improvement in the quality of ventilation and process emissions cleaning, reduction of material losses, and adaptation of equipment for operation in various industries.
