The propagation characteristics of structured light in various media were studied to assess the potential for improving signal transmission efficiency in modern telecommunication systems. The detector properties of photoluminescent composites based on AIBIIICVI and AIIBVI nanoparticles, as well as potentiometric sensors for heavy metals, nitro compounds, and fuel components in natural environments, were investigated. Recommendations were developed to improve existing and create new regulatory documents related to the design and operation of small- and medium-capacity hybrid solar power plants. Analytical algorithms for multilevel processing of experimental X-ray and electronic signals were developed, enabling filtering, approximation, local processing, and signal analysis using artificial intelligence methods. New objective criteria for diagnosing the severity of injuries in wounded and deceased individuals were substantiated through statistical and multifractal analysis of Jones-matrix thesiography data of polycrystalline biological fluids. An algorithmic framework for photon–phonon-assisted electron tunneling through multilayer nanostructures for quantum cascade and quantum well infrared photodetectors was developed, along with quantum photoionization algorithms to optimize solar cell performance. The averaging method was extended to study multifrequency systems of ordinary and functional differential equations on finite and infinite time intervals with different amplitude and phase asymptotics. Topological methods were applied to the analysis of separately continuous mappings, Baire classification, partially metric spaces, and orthogonally additive operators on Riesz spaces.
