The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis of immune-mediated disorders in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (ТB) after having experienced COVID-19 in order to establish the impact of coronavirus infection on the immunopathogenesis of the tuberculosis process. Methods – clinical, immunological, statistical. It was found that the Covid-19 transferred adversely affected the clinical course of TB, which was manifested: an increase in one and a half times the disappearance of intoxication, increasing the destructive processes in the lungs and an almost twofold increase in the duration of inpatient treatment. These clinical changes are associated with impaired immunological reactivity, in particular the stress of the nonspecific level of immunity, which is reflected in the increase of integrated hematological indices (IНI): LSI, RIGL, IGrESR, IAIsum and IIAsum. In conditions of chronic stress (martial law), immunological disorders were further intensified, as evidenced by more pronounced changes in IНI. The most informative (by Juden coefficient) were indices: nonspecific reactivity – RILM and RIGL; activity of inflammation – IAIsum, IIAsum, IGrESR; intoxication – LSI. A direct correlation between the LSI, RIGL, ILESR, IGrESR, and the disappearance of intoxication and hospitalization have been revealed, which allows IНI to be used as an additional prognostic marker stress induced immune disorders. The technology of determining the activity of systemic inflammation in patients with TB after suffering SOVID-19, which consists in the calculation of granulocyte-lymphocytic ratio (GLR), which increases 1,3-1,4 times indicates the activation of inflammation due to granulocytosis. Therefore, GLR dynamics can serve as an additional diagnostic and prognostic marker of inflammation. Field of application – phthisiology, immunology. Product Description popup.authors Olena M.
