The practical significance of the results obtained is that the developed theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations can be used in the practical activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in order to assess the effectiveness of organizing the work of the OODK headquarters under martial law. The conclusions and recommendations contained in the research can be used: in the scientific and research sphere – as a basis for further study of problematic issues regarding the organization of the work of the headquarters of the border guard body; in the managerial activities of managers – in the process of organizing the work of the headquarters of the state border guard body on issues of assessing the situation, planning and decision-making under martial law; in the educational process - within the framework of mastering by applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education of the academic disciplines.
